The items are sold as pictured and in the condition described. Please look carefully at the item's photos and description upon making a purchase. If your item does not correspond with the pictures or description, you can refund the item if the plastic tag seal is still intact and you contact us within 14 days of the purchase. If the item is bought in our store it is sold as seen and will not be refundable. The automatic calculated shipping upon checkout includes insurance for the item's full amount. This means you are completely covered financially if your package is lost or damaged during shipping. All orders are shipped with DHL Express. We strive to ship orders within one week. We ship from Paris and at this moment we unfortunately do not offer physical visits.

When we rate our items we compare them to other bags we have sold and what we consider to be the most descriptive state of the item's condition. If the scent of an item is considered above average for a used item by us, it will be listed in the item description.

We do not sell or support the sale of items that have undergone transformations that are crucial to the item's design, such as a color change or unoriginal hardware.
