1. Product Condition

All items sold by Pleasure Paris are vintage or pre-owned luxury goods unless otherwise stated.

Each item is carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible. Minor signs of wear consistent with age and prior use should be expected.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have reviewed all photographs and descriptions and accept the condition of the item.

2. Authenticity

Pleasure Paris guarantees that all items are authentic. Items may have undergone professional maintenance or restoration consistent with preserving their original condition.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR.

Orders are processed through secure payment gateways. Transactions are subject to authorization and fraud screening by the issuing bank.

Pleasure Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

4. In-Store Pickup

Orders selected for in-store pickup must be collected from our Paris retail location.

At collection:

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

  • The name on the ID must match the order details or authorized representative documentation.

  • Pleasure Paris reserves the right to refuse release if verification requirements are not met.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer at the time of in-store pickup.

Orders collected in person are considered fulfilled and delivered at the time of pickup.

5. Shipping

All shipments are insured for the full value of the item.

Orders are shipped via insured express courier with signature required upon delivery.

Responsibility transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.

6. Returns

Online purchases may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt only if the item materially differs from its description.

Items must be returned in original condition, unaltered, and with all original seals intact.

Items purchased or collected in-store are considered inspected and accepted at the time of pickup and are not eligible for return.

7. Fraud & Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they are the authorized cardholder or have authorization to use the payment method provided.

In cases of disputed transactions, Pleasure Paris reserves the right to provide documentation of authorization, communication history, and delivery confirmation to the issuing bank.
