Shipping policy

The automatic calculated shipping upon checkout includes insurance for the item's full amount. This means you are completely covered financially if your package is lost or damaged during shipping. All orders are shipped with DHL Express. We strive to ship orders within one week. We ship worldwide from our Paris store.

All potential customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping

In-Store Pickup

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required at collection.

• The name on the ID must match the order name or written authorization must be provided.

• Pleasure Paris reserves the right to refuse release if verification requirements are not met.

• Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer upon in-store pickup.

• Orders collected in person are considered delivered and fulfilled at the time of pickup.
